Officebuilding in Suhl | new build
The new office building construction was erected at the location of former natatorium Suhl. It lies at the city center’s border area. The building is structured in several parts: a central area with stairway, elevator, restrooms and consulting rooms as well as two (left and right) following office mezzanines. The single levels are accessible starting in the generous entrance hall via an interior stairway or elevator. The four-storied building was built as a ferroconcrete frame construction. This fact and the raised floor construction allow to use each of the office mezzanines individually and divide it into one or many enterprise units, adjusting them to specific company needs. Due to the free room height of 3 meters even open-plan offices are possible.
