Office- and shop floor buliding | new build

The new construction for the Fa. ConSens GmbH was erected at the industrial area "Am Ehrenberg" in Ilmenau. It consists of a two storied office building and a single-story factory.

ConSens GmbH deals with sensor and measurement technology and expanded after the successful business launch at the start-up center. The new construction is simple structured and spacious base for expansion. Main entrance and consulting room in the first floor of the office building noticeably differ through its bay accentuation.

The characteristic shear wall at the entrance area fulfills the function of static uv-protection at the same time.
