Retirement home in Hildburghausen | rebuilding, extension

In a 16-month construction period the former Plattenbau (German expression for building made from prefabricated slabs) retirement and nursing home Hildburghausen turned into the modern assisted living mansion “Hildburghäuser Land“ according to latest requirements, equipped with 121 beds. It now provides perfect conditions for residents and nursing staff. To use the existing Plattenbau and modify it radically was challenging due to project goals and engineering implementation.
What turned out are modern, senior-friendly (partly handicapped accessible) care units, bright recreation rooms and many facilities that diversify life in the mansion and keep it more interesting. This ensures a high living standard.
The edificial and technical conditions for care are up to the highest level available.
